Everything covered in the service
Cloud readiness assessment
We inventory your servers, applications and data, identify what can move, what should stay and what to retire — with a realistic timeline and cost.
Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace migration
Email, calendars, files and Teams/Drive migrated with minimal downtime, plus a sensible structure for sharing and permissions.
Server-to-cloud migration
File servers, line-of-business apps and databases moved to Azure, AWS or SharePoint/OneDrive — or replaced with a cloud-native equivalent.
Azure & AWS infrastructure
Right-sized virtual machines, storage, networking and identity, built to standard patterns so they're secure and maintainable.
Identity & access
Single sign-on, MFA and conditional access so people use one secure login everywhere, and access is removed the day someone leaves.
Licensing optimisation
The right Microsoft 365 / Google plans for each role — usually saving money by removing licences nobody uses.
Cloud security & compliance
Secure configuration baselines, data-residency choices (Canadian regions where available) and audit logging.
Cloud backup & recovery
Independent backup of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and cloud servers. See Backup & Disaster Recovery.
Ongoing management & cost control
Monitoring, patching, monthly cost review and a quarterly roadmap as part of our Managed IT plans.
Ontario businesses where downtime and data loss are not an option
We work with small and mid-sized organisations across Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto and the GTA, Hamilton, Oakville and Burlington, and Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill, with particular experience in these sectors.
Law firms
Client confidentiality, secure document handling and reliable access to practice-management systems.
Medical & dental clinics
PHIPA-aware setups, EMR uptime and locked-down access to patient records.
Accounting & finance
Protecting client financial data, secure remote work during tax season and audit-ready records.
Manufacturing & logistics
Keeping shop-floor systems, scanners and ERP connected without downtime.
Professional services
Consultancies, agencies and engineering firms that need IT to just work.
What makes this different
Migration is a project we run, not a ticket
A written plan, a test migration, a cut-over outside business hours and a support window afterwards.
Cloud-native where it makes sense
We'd rather replace a server with SharePoint than lift it into a VM you'll pay for forever.
Managed after the move
The cloud still needs patching, monitoring and cost control. That's included, not a separate conversation.
What you can hold us to
These are written into every agreement, not just the website.
Helpdesk hours, Mon–Fri
A real person by phone, email or portal throughout the business day, with critical alerts handled outside those hours.
Response targets
Critical issues acknowledged and worked within one hour; standard requests within four business hours.
After onboarding
No long lock-in. Once onboarding is complete, you stay because the service is good — not because a contract says so.
Cyber-liability coverage
Kyros Networks carries cyber-liability insurance, so the people protecting your business are covered too.
From first call to fully managed
Discovery call
A 30-minute conversation about your business, your current setup and what's frustrating you.
Assessment
We review your network, devices, accounts, backups and security posture and document the gaps.
Proposal
A clear scope, fixed monthly price and rollout plan — no surprises, no jargon.
Onboard & improve
We stabilise first, then work through the improvement plan with you every quarter.
Fixed-price projects, then a predictable monthly fee
Migrations are quoted as fixed-price projects after the readiness assessment, so you know the cost before anything moves. Ongoing cloud management is included in Managed IT or priced per user / per workload, and your Microsoft or Google licences are billed at list price with no mark-up games.
Start with a free IT assessment
A no-cost review of your current setup. You'll get a written summary of gaps, quick wins and a recommended plan — useful whether or not you work with us.

Is the cloud actually cheaper than our server?
Often yes once you count hardware refreshes, power, backups and the risk of a single point of failure — but not always. The readiness assessment gives you a real comparison rather than a sales pitch.
Will we lose access during the migration?
Cut-overs are scheduled outside business hours and rehearsed first. Most staff arrive on Monday to find everything where they expect it, plus a short guide to what changed.
Where is our data stored?
Microsoft and Google both offer Canadian regions, as do Azure and AWS. We choose Canadian residency wherever the service supports it, which matters for PIPEDA and PHIPA.
Do we still need backups if we're in the cloud?
Yes. Cloud providers protect their infrastructure, not your data from deletion, ransomware or mistakes. A separate backup is standard practice.
Can you take over a cloud setup someone else built?
Yes. We start with a review, document what exists, fix the risky bits and then manage it going forward.
