Do we have to take the ongoing management plan?

No — but most clients do, because it's the part that keeps the site secure and working. If you have your own team, we'll hand over full documentation and access.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. Source code, domain, hosting and cloud accounts are in your name; we're an administrator, not the owner.

How long does a build take?

A business website typically takes 3–6 weeks; a web application or mobile app depends on scope and is planned in phases with a working release at each stage.

Can you rebuild or take over an existing site or app?

Yes. We start with a technical review, stabilise security and hosting, then improve or rebuild depending on what the review finds.
