The Problem

Sound familiar?

You only hear from your IT person when something is already broken — and then you wait.
Nobody owns updates, backups or security, so you're not sure any of it is actually being done.
Onboarding a new hire means a week of chasing logins, licences and a laptop that isn't ready.
You're paying hourly and every invoice is a surprise.
What Is Included

Everything covered in the service

Helpdesk & remote support

Your team gets a real person by phone, email or portal, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm ET — with remote resolution for most issues and on-site visits across the GTA when hands are needed.

24/7 monitoring & alerting

Servers, workstations, network gear and cloud services are monitored around the clock, so problems are caught before your staff notice them.

Patch & update management

Operating systems and business applications are patched on a schedule, tested and reported — closing the gaps attackers exploit.

Endpoint protection

Managed antivirus / EDR on every device, with policies enforced centrally and alerts handled by us.

Microsoft 365 & user management

Accounts, licences, mailboxes, MFA and sharing policies managed for you — including same-day onboarding and secure offboarding.

Backup oversight

We verify your backups are running, test restores and make sure you could recover from a bad day.

Vendor coordination

We deal with your internet provider, printer vendor, phone system and line-of-business software support — you make one call.

Documentation & asset tracking

Every device, licence, password policy and configuration is documented, so nothing lives in one person's head.

Quarterly business reviews

Plain-language reporting on tickets, risks and upcoming needs, plus a 12-month technology roadmap and budget.

Built For

Ontario businesses where downtime and data loss are not an option

We work with small and mid-sized organisations across Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto and the GTA, Hamilton, Oakville and Burlington, and Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill, with particular experience in these sectors.

Law firms

Client confidentiality, secure document handling and reliable access to practice-management systems.

Medical & dental clinics

PHIPA-aware setups, EMR uptime and locked-down access to patient records.

Accounting & finance

Protecting client financial data, secure remote work during tax season and audit-ready records.

Manufacturing & logistics

Keeping shop-floor systems, scanners and ERP connected without downtime.

Professional services

Consultancies, agencies and engineering firms that need IT to just work.

Why Kyros Networks

What makes this different

Proactive by design

The goal is fewer tickets, not more billable hours. Monitoring, patching and standards are set up on day one.

Security is included, not an add-on

MFA, endpoint protection, patching and backup checks are part of the core plan for every client.

Owner-level attention

You deal with the people who built your setup, not a call-centre queue reading a script.

Service Commitments

What you can hold us to

These are written into every agreement, not just the website.

8am–6pm ET

Helpdesk hours, Mon–Fri

A real person by phone, email or portal throughout the business day, with critical alerts handled outside those hours.

1 hr / 4 hrs

Response targets

Critical issues acknowledged and worked within one hour; standard requests within four business hours.

Month-to-month

After onboarding

No long lock-in. Once onboarding is complete, you stay because the service is good — not because a contract says so.

Insured

Cyber-liability coverage

Kyros Networks carries cyber-liability insurance, so the people protecting your business are covered too.

How It Works

From first call to fully managed

1

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation about your business, your current setup and what's frustrating you.

2

Assessment

We review your network, devices, accounts, backups and security posture and document the gaps.

3

Proposal

A clear scope, fixed monthly price and rollout plan — no surprises, no jargon.

4

Onboard & improve

We stabilise first, then work through the improvement plan with you every quarter.

Pricing

Simple per-user pricing

Managed IT is priced per user per month, with the rate set by the number of people and devices we support, whether you have on-premise servers, and how much after-hours coverage you need. The monthly fee covers unlimited support for what's in scope — projects like office moves or migrations are quoted separately, in advance. After onboarding, agreements run month-to-month.

Start with a free IT assessment

A no-cost review of your current setup. You'll get a written summary of gaps, quick wins and a recommended plan — useful whether or not you work with us.

FAQ

Common questions

What size of business do you work with?

Typically Ontario businesses with 5 to 100 staff. That's the range where a full-time IT hire doesn't make sense but ad-hoc support has started to hurt.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. There is an onboarding period while we stabilise and document your environment; after that, the agreement runs month-to-month. Scope, pricing and response targets are always in writing before we start.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Yes. Many clients keep an internal contact for day-to-day questions while we handle monitoring, security, patching and escalations (a co-managed arrangement).

What happens when something breaks after hours?

Monitoring runs 24/7 and critical alerts are handled outside helpdesk hours. Standard helpdesk hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm ET, with critical issues acknowledged within one hour and standard requests within four business hours.

Do you support Mac and Windows?

Both, plus mobile devices and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace environments.
